How to Request a Home Visit
Whenever possible, please try to come to the surgery as often as possible, we will be able to see you sooner. But if you are too ill to attend the surgery one of the doctors will visit you.
If you request a visit please do as soon as possible after 8.30am. A Doctor may phone you before agreeing to visit.
