New Features at Parkview
Discussed Anima and the pros and cons, the team felt that although Anima offers some great features, it is not very user friendly and requires some technical knowledge to be able to use the system.
Discussed the new phone system coming and some of the features it involved such as Automated call backs.
Practice Updates
The team discussed what PPG was about and how we expect to use our meeting to help with the practice development.

Ideas from PPG / discuss a questionnaire to be created to get feedback from patients – can discuss the results at the next meeting
We Came up with a set of questions which we will pass to patients and review at our next meeting.
The team feel that the new GP systems in place require some technical knowledge and agree that for our older patients this can be problematic. Suman assured the team that although these systems are in place, no one will be left behind, the surgery will continue to support its older population. Suman also informed the patients that these systems are now mandatory requirements which the surgery must have in place in order to be compliant with GP requirements.
