That's why we're inviting patients to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and help us to shape the future of healthcare in our community. By becoming a member of our PPG, you'll

have the opportunity to:

• Give your creative input on the healthcare services provided by Parkview Surgery.
• Help us identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
• Work alongside other patients who share your passion for healthcare and community involvement.
• Make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our community.

We're currently seeking volunteers to join our PPG and help us to achieve our goals. We need:

• A Volunteer Chairperson: Someone who is passionate about healthcare and can lead our group with enthusiasm and expertise.
• A Volunteer Minute Taker: Someone who is detail-oriented and can keep track of our meetings and discussions.
• A Backup Chairperson: Someone who can step in and support our Chairperson whenever necessary.

As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop new skills and gain valuable experience that will enhance your CV.
• Build relationships with other volunteers and members of the community.
• Make a positive impact on the healthcare services provided by Parkview Surgery.
• Be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values your contributions.
