Text Messaging Service
We operate a texting service for all our patients to remind them of their appointments or to invite you for any reviews or services you may be eligible for.
We require your UK mobile phone number to do this.
Please Note: We are unable to text or call non-UK numbers
You are also able to cancel your appointment via your phone by responding to a text message.
Change of Number or Opting Out
If you have changed your telephone number or do not wish to receive text messages from the practice, please inform the reception team so we can update our records.
If you do give your consent to receive text messages, please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and control access to your text messages and emails.
