Suggestions and Complaints
We welcome all feedback about our practice. We do not only want to hear from you when something goes wrong. If you have any comments or ideas about how we can improve our services, please speak to the Practice Manager or leave a message in the comments box at reception.
Our receptionists and admin team will try to resolve your concern or complaint over the phone whenever possible. If you would like to escalate your complaint to the management team, please send us an email or use the online form above.
We follow the NHS Practice Complaints Procedure, which meets national standards. Our Practice Complaints leaflet, which explains the full process, is available from the doctor or the Practice Manager. We aim to provide the highest possible standard of care and will always try to deal with any problems quickly and professionally
