For my children I have found the surgery to be very responsive and try there upmost to get us spoken to by a GP. I like they have a text service although links are not always available to respond when required. Slightly disappointed when trying to get an adult appointment especially when I was very poorly and was advised a 2 week wait. Fortunately we rarely need to see a Dr but our overall experience when accessing for my children has been very good. Drs helpful and punctual for appointments.

Generally I have been EXTREMELY WELL looked after by everyone at Park View: GPs, nurses and those working in reception: courteously and, very importantly, most efficiently. I am so grateful to be a patient here, I really am! Thank you to everyone concerned. Your efficiency has not gone unnoticed and is hugely appreciated!

I have recently joined this surgery and have only had telephone contact so far. But I have to say it’s a much higher level of service than my previous surgery.
